Access Requirements for Client Components

Client Component	Access Required to Termbase Data	Access Required to Termbase Objects
MultiTerm Online	Write access to specified entry classes at entry and index level.	To view termbase data: read-only access to at least one layout object. To edit termbase data: read-only access to at least one input model. By default, a MultiTerm online user has read-only access to the following objects: public objects, role objects, user layouts, input models and filters.
MultiTerm Extract	Write access to specified entry classes at entry and index level.	None
MultiTerm for SDL Trados	Read-only access to specified entry classes at index level.	To view termbase data: read-only access to at least one layout object.
MultiTerm for Microsoft Word	Write access to specified entry classes at entry and index level.	To view termbase data: read-only access to at least one layout object.
