When you create a server-based termbase, you are automatically made a member of the Expert User role in the termbase.

Create a termbase by using the Termbase Wizard. You use the same wizard to create server-based termbases and local termbases.
After a new termbase has been created, it is referenced on the database server by MTMaster and is shown in the list of termbases in the navigation pane under Termbases.
