From the Start menu, choose Programs > SDL > SDL MultiTerm 2009 > MultiTerm Server Console to launch the console.
In the navigation tree, click Status. The Status settings are displayed. The settings show:
the date and time the settings on this page were last checked
the current status of the environment components
the current status of the MultiTerm services.
In the Actions pane:
Click Perform Check to check the current status of the items listed in the Server Environment box.
Click Refresh Service Status to check the current status of the services listed in the MultiTerm Services box.
Click Restart Services to start services which are not currently running.
