Run the SDL MultiTerm Server Upgrade Wizard to convert termbases created with pre SP3 versions of MultiTerm Server\MultiTerm Team 2009 to the format used by MultiTerm Server\MultiTerm Team 2009 SP3. You can then access these termbases using MultiTerm 2009 SP3.
The wizard also migrates SP2 user accounts to MultiTerm Server\MultiTerm Team SP3.
Stop the termbases you are going to upgrade and ensure that no users are logged into MultiTerm Server.
