This topic describes how to delete source files, XLIFF files and reference files from a project.
Each target language version of a file must be deleted individually.
You cannot delete merged files. Split merged files and delete each file individually.
To delete both SSL XLIFF and reference files from a project:
Click the Files button in the navigation pane. All of the files in the active project are displayed in the Files view.
In the box at the top of the Files view navigation pane, select a project target language.
Select the file(s) to be deleted:
If you want to delete one file, select the file and select Project > Remove > Remove Files from the menu bar.
If you want to delete more than one file, press the Ctrl or Shift key while you make your selections and then select Project > Remove > Remove Files from the menu bar.
If you want to delete a folder and the file(s) contained within that folder, select the folder from the navigation pane and select Project > Remove > Remove Folder from the menu bar.
The file(s) is immediately removed from the list of project files.
