The Creating Return Package page of Create Return Package wizard is used to create your return package. You can also choose to automatically send the return package to the appropriate team member by email.
To display this page of the wizard, click Finish on the Return Package Options page of the Create Return Package wizard.

Create return package |
A progress bar is displayed next to the return package. When the return package is created, the status Completed is displayed. |
Open Target Folder |
Click this to open the folder where your return package is saved with the extension *.sdlrpx. You can now distribute the return package to the appropriate team member. |
Send Package by Email |
Click this open a draft email message with the return package file attached. You can use this feature with Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 and 2007. In some situations a Microsoft Office Outlook dialog box requesting you allow access to Microsoft Outlook is displayed. Select the Allow access for check box and then select the amount of time in minutes from the drop-down list. SDL recommends that you select 10 minutes from the drop-down list and click Yes to allow access. |
Show Results |
Click this to display the Results dialog box where detailed information about any errors or warnings that occurred during package creation. |
Cancel |
Click this to cancel creating the return package and close the wizard. If the return package does not create correctly, you can also click this to close the wizard. |
Close |
Once the packages have been created, click this close the Create Return Package wizard. This button is not active until the return package is created. |
