Use the New Layout and Customize Layout dialog boxes to change layouts in the Projects and Files views and to create new layouts in the Files view.
To display:
The Customize Layout dialog box, right-click a column header in the view and select Customize from the shortcut menu.
The New Layout dialog box, select New Layout from the Layout drop-down list on the Files View toolbar in the Files view.

The name of the current layout. |
Available columns |
Lists the columns available to display for this layout. |
Displayed columns |
Lists the columns currently displayed in this layout. For a new layout this box is empty until you add new columns. |
Add |
Click to move a selected column from Available columns to Displayed columns box. |
Remove |
Click to move a column from Displayed columns to Available columns box. |
Up |
Select a column in the Displayed columns list and click this to move that column up in the list. This defines the display order of the columns in SDL Trados Studio. The first item on the list is the first column in the display. |
Down |
Select a column in the Displayed columns list and click this to move that column down in the list. This defines the display order of the columns in SDL Trados Studio. The first item on the list is the first column in the display. |
Sort by: |
Select the column by which you want to order your layout. |
Group By |
Select the detail to use to group your list. |
OK |
Click here to create your new layout or to save your changes if you are editing an existing layout. |
