Vendor Properties

Apply the following properties when adding or modifying vendor properties:

Property	Type	Description
Name	Text field	A descriptive name for the vendor.
Description	Text field	Further explanation of the vendor, if needed.
Contact Name	Text field	The primary contact person for the vendor.
Contact Phone	Text field	The primary contact telephone number for the vendor.
Contact Email	Text field	The primary contact email address for the vendor.
Address	Text field	The physical address of the vendor.
Other Contact	Text field	Additional contact information for the vendor.
Notes	Text field	Any additional information that may be pertinent to the vendor information.
Users	Selection list, navigation buttons	Selection list to associate users with the vendor. Choose one or more users from the list on the left, then click > > to associate them with the vendor. Disassociate a user by choosing that user from the list on the right and clicking <<. A user can belong to only one vendor at a time. Assigning a user to a new vendor automatically removes the user from another vendor.
Custom attributes	–	Any custom attributes that have been defined
