Include Notes

Options: Notes after every slide Notes are presented for translation immediately after the slide to which they refer. This is the default option. Exclude notes Notes are excluded from translation. Notes after all slides Notes are presented for translation at the end of the document, after all slide content.

Order of shapes

Choose the order to extract shapes with text. The default is Top left to bottom right by row.

Hyperlinks

Options are: Always process hyperlinks All parts of the hyperlink element are available to the translator, including the hyperlink itself. Extract only hyperlink text Only the visible hyperlink text is available for translation. The hyperlink is copied to the target segment but cannot be edited. Never process hyperlinks The hyperlink text is presented for translation but the hyperlink is not copied to the target segment.

Comments

You can extract comments for translation or skip them.

Treat soft returns as structure tags (treat break tags as document structure)

You can treat soft returns (break tags) as segment breaks, or extract them for translation as text.
