Specify which rule or rules govern the charge or discount. These
rules must have already been created in Management
> Linguistic Tools Setup
> Cost Models Setup
> Cost Model Rules.
To add a rule to the line item charge
In the Additional Charges or Discounts dialog box, click Add.
