SMTP port:

Additional JavaMail Properties (name and value for each property):
Note: Most administrators can ignore configuring advanced JavaMail Properties. Only those who are aware of specific JavaMail property settings that they require should configure these, otherwise it is fine to ignore these.

Send test email to verify settings (default on Save):

After you have configured email notification (unless you disable Send test notification), when you click Save, WorldServer sends a test email to the address of the user logged in, to be sure it is working as expected.
Note: The user logged in must have a valid email address.
Set up email message content in WorldServer at Management > Administration > Notification Content .
User to contact for assistance with email notifications:

Base URL for WorldServer:
Caution: the Administrator should ensure that the base URL is not set to http://localhost.... For most cases, this is not a desired base URL and will block users from accessing WorldServer links in notifications.

Notification Type:
Note: When you click Save after specifying the configuration information for a notification type, that will be the message content for all messages of that type. You will probably specify message content for multiple types. To configure the content for another type, simply switch types, specify the new message content, and click again Save. You can only have one set of message content per type.

Recipient's Display Language:

Message Subject line:

Message Header:
Note: The header introduces what the recipient is being notified about. It is a combination of specified text and WorldServer-generated parameters.

Issue or Task Summary:
Note: You can extend the defaults by editing the text that describes the WorldServer-generated parameters, and you can select different parameters as well.

Message Footer:
Note: The footer gives a link to the issue, or contact information for tasks. The footer only provides such information if the corresponding parameters are present in the configuration. They are present by default, but can be removed.
