You can create (or edit) language resources for a TM by either of the following methods:
Create or edit a language resource template (from the Language resources tab), then associate the TM with that template (from the Translation memory tab).
Edit custom language resources in the TM (from the Translation memory tab)
You can add a language to a language resources template when you create a template, or later, by editing the template. In either case, to add a language, click the Language Resources side tab of the Edit or Add language Resources pane. Then:
Click Add Language, select a language, and double click on the language card that is displayed in the Language Resources pane.
In the Customize Language Resources pane, edit the language resources as required. See below for notes on Import and Export all.
Note: To save a language that you have added, you first need to customize one of the language specific settings: ordinal followers, variables, acronyms or segmentation rules.
To handle bulk transfer of items to and from a language resources template, GroupShare provides an import function and an export function for variables, acronyms or ordinal followers. To use these, in the Languages Resources tab, click Import or Export all as required.
Create the import file as a text file with one item per line. You need a separate import file for each type: variables, acronyms and ordinal followers.
An import file can contain duplicate items, and items in the file can already exist in the language resource settings.
