You can create a field in a TM, but then find that the field is not copied from the main TMs to the project TM.
One symptom is that although you have created penalties based on field values, the penalties do not take effect.
Probable cause
The reason is that SDL Studio GroupShare copies to the project TM only those fields that are common to all the constituent TMs.
System fields are common to all SDL Studio GroupShare TMs.
