Example: Configuring Organizations and Users for an Enterprise

An appropriate schematic set up for an enterprise is as follows:

 

At the root organization:

1. Create the administrator users.
2. Add a server
3. For each business area, create an organization.

 

For each organization that represents a business area:

1. Create the business area users.
2. Create the TM containers.
3. Create an organization for each business team.
4. Assign roles to the appropriate users (project manager, translators, etc.).
