To export translation units from a TM, click Export from the Translation Memories tab toolbar.
After you initiate an export, SDL Studio GroupShare does the work as a background task, leaving you free to do other actions. Monitor the progress in the Background Tasks screen.
Use Filter Expression to select translation units to export. A filter expression consists of a set of field names and their allowed values, combined with logical operators:
() (brackets)
& (AND)
| (OR)
! (NOT)

The TM is exported as a TMX file. To download this file, from Background Tasks, double-click the finished task and then click download.
Example filter expression
chd > "02 Jul 2011" & (cru = Peter | cru = Michael)
This filter expression includes all translation units that were created after 2-July-2011 by either Peter or Michael.
