Although each resource belongs to just one organization, you can add links to the resource in any number of other organizations. The link appears to the user like the resource itself, but access to the resource via the link is determined by the permissions to the link.
If a TM is created in organization 'America'. You create a link in the organization 'Europe' to that TM. All permissions that users have in Europe apply to that TM.
Deleting a resource link
You cannot use a link to delete the resource: instead go to the library or organization that holds the resource and delete the resource there. When you delete a resource, its resource links are also deleted.
