If you do not have sufficient access to see the name of a user, the system can display the user as Hidden User.
For example, if you have read permission to an organization but not read access to a user who holds a role in the organization, the application will show the roles but display the holder of the roles as hidden user.
To see the user's name, you need View User permission in the organization that stores that user details (the user's home organization).
