Example Adding a QuickInsert Custom Button

This example shows you how to add a custom button for inserting curly quotes (“ ”) into the target document.

To add the custom button only for files in the active project

To add the custom button for files in all future projects

 

NOTE

If the new custom button does not appear in the QuickInsert group:

  • close the active document and then open it again.

  • make sure that you have not already assigned the nine available custom QuickInsert buttons.
