Layout Columns

This column displays the number of words for which a 100% translation memory match was found.

This column displays the name of the user who assigned the manual task to another user to complete for this file.

This column displays the name of the user who is assigned to complete the manual task for this file.

This column displays any additional instructions that were entered when the manual task for this file was assigned.

This column displays the date that the manual task for this file was completed. For example, when the translation or review of the file was complete.

This column displays the number of words for which a context match was found in the translation memory.

This column displays the date that the manual task that needs to be completed for this file was created.

This column displays the user that assigned the manual task to this file.

This column displays the date by which the manual task assigned for this file needs to be completed.

This column displays the number of words that have a status that is Draft. This indicates that the word is part of a target segment that may have been changed but it is not yet considered fully translated or a translation memory match was applied to the segment but the segment text has since been edited.

This column displays the filter settings file selected for each file. These settings determine how files of different types are processed by SDL Trados Studio.

This column displays the number of words translated with a less than perfect (100%) translation memory match.

This column displays the language into which the file is to be translated.

This column indicates if the task assigned to you for this file is completed.

This column displays the date by which the manual task assigned to you for this file is due.

This column displays the name of the file.

This column displays the number of words for which no match was found in the translation memory/memories.

This column displays the number of words that have not been translated or edited yet.

This column displays the name of the source language file that generated this SDLXLIFF file.

If your project source files are arranged in a folder hierarchy, and this file is in a sub-folder, the folder location details are displayed in this column.

This column displays the number of words for which a PerfectMatch was found.

This column displays the percentage that the file is complete in its current status. For example, if the status of the file is In Translation, the percentage would represent how many segments have been translated in the file.

This column displays the name of the user who sent you a package with an assigned manual task.

This column displays the name of the manual task which is assigned to you.

This column displays the number of words that are repetitions of previously counted words.

This column displays the gantt chart displaying the file progress timeline.

This column displays the name of the most recent manual task that was assigned that included this file.

This column indicates if the assigned task is completed.

This column displays the date by which the work on this file should be finished.

This column displays the name of the user to which the manual task was assigned.

This column displays the number of translated words that have been rejected during the sign-off process.

This column displays the number of translated words that have been approved and signed-off.

This column displays the size of the file in bytes.

This column displays the date that the manual task for this file was started. For example, when the translation or review of the file started.

This column displays the current status of the file, for example, Translated or Reviewed.

This column displays the name of the manual task that needs to be completed for this file. Depending on if you have My Tasks or Sent Tasks selected in the navigation tree, this task is assigned to you to complete for this file or assigned to someone else to complete for this file.

This column indicates the number of words where the translation has been confirmed as complete.

This column displays the number of translated words that have been approved by the reviewer.

This column displays the number of translated words that have been rejected by the reviewer.

This column displays the user-friendly name for the file type and appears in the navigation pane in the Options dialog box.

This column displays the three usage types:

• Translatable - these are files that can be translated and converted, if they not already been converted, to SDL XLIFF files for translation.

• Localizable - these are files that need to be translated, but which cannot be converted to SDL XLIFF format. For example, graphics files that are marked as Reference may contain text that needs to be localized. You can change the usage of such files to Localizable to flag this.

• Reference - these are files that provide resources to help translators with the translation of project files but are not to be translated themselves.
