Description |
||
Create a new file-based project translation memory for every package |
When selected, a new project translation memory is created for every package. The new project translation memory contains information only relevant to the files in the package. You might want to select this option if the contents of the package are small compared to the project itself. Including the entire project translation memory for a large project would create large packages. |
||
Include the existing project translation memory in every package |
When selected, the entire project translation memory is included in every package. You might want to select this option if you have a small project or if you are sending just one package for the entire project.
|
||
Do not include any project translation memories |
When selected, no project translation memories are included in the package. |
Option |
Description |
Remove automated translation provider information from the project packages |
When selected, connections to any automated translation providers are disabled in this package. |
Removed links to server-based translation memories from project packages |
When elected, connections to server-based translation memories are disabled in this package. |
NOTE |
You may want to disable connections to these resources if the translator or reviewer who is receiving the package will not have access to the server. In addition, translations from these two resources have typically already been leveraged when the Prepare task sequence was performed during project creation. Therefore, the translator or reviewer may no longer need these connection details. |
When the Include reports in package option is selected, the package will include reports containing figures relevant to the files in the package. You have two options for what reports to include:
Option |
Description |
||
Recompute word count and analysis statistics in order to update cross-file repetition counts. |
When selected, the Word count and Analyze files batch tasks are performed and the generated Analyze Files report is included in the package. This is useful if you want to include the latest statistics in the package.
This option is selected by default. |
||
Include existing reports without recomputing word count analysis |
When selected, existing reports are included in the package, reducing the package creation time. This is preferable, if you know the Analyze Files report is already up-to-date. Only reports that refer to the files and target languages included in the package are added. The following reports will not be included in the package: Word Count, TQA and WIP reports. |

||
Main translation memories |
When selected, the packages will include all file-based translation memories and all server-based translation memories that are part of the project.
Click here for more information about main translation memories. |
||
AutoSuggest dictionaries |
When selected, the packages will include all AutoSuggest dictionaries that were added to the project. |
||
Termbases |
When selected, the packages will include all file-based termbases and references to all server-based termbases that are part of the project. |
Option |
Description |
User must run verification before returning the package |
When selected, users that receive a project package from you, do their assigned work and want to send the package back are forced to run the Verify Files batch task before they can create the return package. If errors are returned during the verification, the user is notified, but can proceed with creating the return package. |
Click Finish to create the project packages and to go to the Creating Packages page of the Create Project Package wizard.
