Task Results > Messages

Use the Messages tab of the Task Results dialog box to view any error messages produced by running a batch task. To see the error messages in more detail, display the Reports page of the dialog box and run a report.

To display this dialog box, click the Messages tab in the Task Results dialog box.

Description

Severity

The first column displays an icon showing the severity of the error message. These icons can appear:

  • Error

  • Warning

Message

This column displays the error message.

File

This column displays the file name of the document for which the message was added.

Origin

This column displays the task which generated the error.

Exception

This column may display a link that you can click to view more detailed information about the error or warning.
