Your credentials are your user name and password for a server. You can choose to have SDL Trados Studio store these and use them automatically whenever you add the server.

If you choose to store your credentials, you may need to change them at a later date. For example, if your password for the server is changed. |
Select File > Setup > Servers. The Servers dialog box is displayed.
Select the server for which you want to store credentials and click Edit. The Edit SDL Server dialog box is displayed.
Enter your user name and password.
Select the Do not prompt me again check box to store your credentials. Click OK to save the changes.
Click Close to close the Servers dialog box.
You will no longer be prompted to enter a user name and password when connecting to this server.
