If you work in a regulated industry and have purchased a license containing this feature, you can send a bundle of documents to an external regulator for review. A bundle is a zipped file that contains a specific collection of documents needed by the regulator. The documents can then be reviewed outside of Studio in Microsoft Word.

You can only create bundles from projects that contain at least one .docx file. You cannot create bundles from other file types in Studio.
A separate bundle is created for each target language. The name of the bundle is automatically generated and follows the following name convention:
[Project name]_[Target language code].zip
When you create a bundle, the following documents are created for each project file in Studio and then are added to the bundle:
File |
File Name and Extension |
Description |
||
Source Document |
FileName.docx |
The original document that needed to be translated.
| Bilingual Review Document | FileName.docx.review.docx |
This contains both the source and target segments with tracked
changes and comments.
|
||
| Target Document with Changes | FileName.docx.target.docx |
A translated version of the document containing tracked changes and comments that were in the target segments.
| Final Document Changes Accepted | FileName.docx.final.docx |
A translated version of the document that has all tracked changes accepted and contains comments from the target segments. |
