Use the QA Checker 3.0 settings to specify which checks are run as part of the QA Checker verification. The QA Checker allows you to carry out checks on the document you are currently working on using a number of verification criteria, such as length checks, punctuation checks, and so on.
These settings appear in multiple dialog boxes in SDL Trados Studio. Click here for more information about finding the appropriate dialog box.
Verification > QA Checker 3.0 has the following settings on the navigation tree:

Checks source segments against target segments, for example gross discrepancies in length. |

Checks for inconsistent or repeated translation. |

Contains a variety of punctuation checks. |

Checks for translation of numbers, dates and times |

Contains forbidden words and corrections. |

Checks if some specified regular expression (word patterns) exist. |

Checks that trademarks are translated. |

Checks that files are not too long. |
|
Use this to save, switch and share QA Checker profiles. Profiles contain the settings specified on all of the pages in the QA Checker 3.0 settings. |
