Select File > Options from the Ribbon. The Options dialog box is displayed.
Select Editor from the navigation tree. The Track Changes settings are displayed on the right.
Under Tracked Changes Formatting:
Click Change in box 1 to change how the text is displayed when it is inserted as a suggestion in the Editor window when Track Changes is enabled.
Click Change in box 2 to change how the text is displayed when it is deleted as a suggestion in the Editor window when Track Changes is enabled.
