Use the QA Checker 3.0 > QA Checker Profiles settings to save, switch and share QA Checker profiles. The profile contains the settings specified on all of the pages in the QA Checke 3.0 settings. Profiles are saved to a Settings XML (*.sdlqasettings) file.
These settings appear in multiple dialog boxes in SDL Trados Studio. Click here for more information about finding the appropriate dialog box.

Import settings |
Click this to select a different Settings XML (*.sdlqasettings) file. This will replace all of your current settings for the QA Checker. You may want to do this so you can use a profile from another user or if you want to switch between different saved versions of your profile. |
Export settings |
Click this to save all of your current QA Checker settings as a Settings XML (*.sdlqasettings) file. You may want to do this if you want to share your selected settings in your profile with other users or to save them for use at another time. |
NOTE |
Starting with WorldServer 10.4*, all WorldServer packages include the QA Checker Profile configurations set in WorldServer. This ensures that Studio uses the same quality settings for all the files belonging to that WorldServer project. |
