Use the QA Checker 3.0 > Word List settings to specify word list checks. The word list check is a simple term verifier. It checks for words that must not be used or that are incorrectly formatted. Instead of using a termbase, the user can enter a list of incorrect and correct word forms. For example, if the document is not supposed to contain Website, and web site is the correct form, the user can enter the word pair via the respective text fields.
The user can decide to ignore case and/or search whole words only.
These settings appear in multiple dialog boxes in SDL Trados Studio. Click here for more information about finding the appropriate dialog box.
