Getting Support

1. 1. Go to SDL Support Portal.
   2. Enter your credentials.
   3. Click Log in.

   4. On the SDL Account page, select Support & Education > Support

   5. Click Get Support.

   6. On the Service Request Management window, click Open a support ticket.
   7. Fill in the details of your request and click Submit Request.

SDL Support will send you an email confirmation and a support engineer will soon contact you.

1. 1. Go to the SDL Solution Finder to log an incident.

   2. Click Licensing Problems > I use SDL Trados Studio / SDL Passolo - 2015 > I need to have my license reset.

   3. Fill in the Web Solution Finder form and click Submit Request.

You will receive an email confirmation and a support engineer will soon contact you.
