New AutoSuggest Dictionary Wizard > AutoSuggest Dictionary Settings

The AutoSuggest Dictionary Settings page of the New AutoSuggest Dictionary wizard is used to specify the source and target language of the AutoSuggest dictionary you are creating and you can create a filter to apply against the extracted data.

To display this page, click Next on the Select Translation Memory page of the New AutoSuggest Dictionary wizard.

 

NOTE

The languages default to the languages in the translation memory or *.tmx file you selected. Only one language pair can be used to create an AutoSuggest dictionary.

Description

Source language

If you want to switch which language is being used as the source language in your AutoSuggest dictionary, select a different language from this drop-down list.

Target language

If you want to switch which language is being used as the target language in your AutoSuggest dictionary, select a different language from this drop-down list.

Filter

Click Edit to display the Filter dialog box where you can create a filter to apply against the extracted data. Only the words/phrases that match the criteria of the filter are extracted.  
The filter is only available when creating an AutoSuggest dictionary from an .sdltm translation memory.

 

Click Next to go to the AutoSuggest Dictionary Creation Memory Usage page of the New AutoSuggest Dictionary wizard.
