Use the QuickInsert toolbar during translation to quickly insert special characters or formatting tags into a into the target segments in the Editor window.
The QuickInsert toolbar is displayed in the Editor view.
The toolbar contains standard buttons for special characters and for formatting. You can also add customized buttons to the toolbar.
The toolbar contains standard buttons for formatting, for example, to apply bold formatting. Some buttons may not be available for some file types.
To use these buttons, do one of the following:
Position the cursor in the target segment and click the appropriate button. The tag pair is inserted at the cursor position.
Select the text in the target segment and click the appropriate button. The tag formatting is applied to the selected text.

The toolbar contains standard buttons for some special characters, for example, the Trade Mark symbol, ™ . Some buttons may not be available for some file types.
To insert a special character, click a special character button. The character is inserted in the target segment at the cursor position.
You can change the characters associated with these buttons.

If the current file type does not support a formatting type, the corresponding button is displayed but is unavailable.
