NOTE

  • You can only preview Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, RTF, XML, HTML and PDF files in the Preview window. If you want to preview another type of file, use the View In option to preview the document in the application in which it was created.  Click here for more information.

Tm.png Translation Results

This window displays the results of translation memory lookups and automated translation lookups for the active source segment. From here you can apply one of the results to the current segment.

By default, the Translation Results, Concordance Search, Comments and Messages windows appear grouped together at the top of the Editor view. However, if you open a file for review, they appear at the bottom of the view as tabs. The Preview window appears in the bottom right-hand corner of the view.

Windows can be docked in new positions or can float above the Editor view or be placed on the desktop. Click here for more information about moving windows and opening and closing windows.

NOTE

If you have a wide-screen monitor, click window_autohide_button.jpg Auto Hide to vertically expand the size of the Preview window. This also auto-hides the window. When you want to view the window again, click the Preview tab. When it is displayed again it will still display at the expanded size.
