The comment text, the severity level, the author and time stamp, and
for comment threads the comment version.

Comments in a ICommentProperties collection are assigned
incremented version numbers to better be able to track comment threads.
The version number should be of the form "1.0", "2.0" etc. for
compatibility with TRADOS and SDLX.

RemarksThe comment properties have been explicitly designed to match the commenting features available for TTX and ITD.
