Implement the controller for the files view and provide access to common project files operations.

	GetExplorerBarControl	Get the explorer bar control of the view. This control will be placed in the content area of the explorer bar when this view is active. (Inherited from AbstractViewController.)
	Initialize	Implements the files controller initialization (Overrides AbstractViewControllerInitialize(IViewContext).)
	Refresh	Called when the view needs to be refreshed. (Inherited from AbstractViewController.)
	RemoveSelectedFiles	Remove the selected files.
