The converter implementation should generate calls on this interface
in order to produce the output.

Remarks
The implementation must build bilingual content model objects (e.g. IParagraphUnit),
and as such will need access to factories for properties and bilingual content model items.
These factories are supplied by the framework to components implementing the IBilingualFileTypeComponent interface.
