Implementation of the adapter. Attempts to cast the
argument from the AdapteeType into the TargetType and
if successful, evaluates the implementation predicate
for it. If the cast is unsuccessful, the method returns false.

Remarks
To use the adapter, construct it from the implementation predicate and
pass the value of the Target property to the method that requires a
predicate of the Into type.
