Opening a Termbase

Termbase selections are retained between SDL MultiTerm sessions.

A local termbase is one that you create on your own computer for use on that computer.

A server-based termbase is created on a server computer, and can be used by anyone who has termbase access rights.

1. Select Termbase > Open Termbase from the menu.

• Server Termbases: Click Servers to connect to a server.

• Local Termbases: Click Browse to open a .sdltb file.

  Sample termbases are installed in the default location of: C:\Documents and Settings\[Local User]\My Documents\SDL\SDL MultiTerm\Samples

2. Tick each termbase you want to open.

3. Click OK.
