A layout specifies how entries are displayed in the Terms view. A layout determines which fields are displayed for each entry as well as the order and formatting.
There are five system layouts available for each termbase. You cannot edit, save or delete the system layouts, however you can Duplicate any layout and then edit the copy.
Flags Layout – displays all fields except for system and history fields.
Full Layout – displays all fields including system and history fields.
Languages only – displays only descriptive fields at entry level, only index fields at index level, and only terminology fields at term level.
Source/Target – displays only descriptive fields at entry level, only the source and target index fields at index level, and only the source and target terminology fields at term level.
MultiTerm Classic – displays the entry as the default MultiTerm 5 layout.
