Creating Layouts

You create a new Layout using the Layout Wizard.

See Creating an Administration Termbase Object to start the wizard for SDL MultiTerm Administrator.

  1. Open the Catalog view.

  2. In the navigation tree, under the termbase name, select Layouts.

  3. Select Catalog > Create... from the menu.

  4. Click Next.

  5. Enter the layout name.

  1. Click Next.

General Properties

  1. Select how you want entries to be displayed.
  2. Click Next.

Modify Field Labels

This step only shows if you select Field label Modification on the General Properties page.

  1. Edit the labels as needed.
  2. Click Next.

Field Display

  1. Define how the field structure should look.
  2. Click Next.
  3. Click Finish.
