This topic describes how to complete the Additional Options page of the Create Project Package wizard. On this page, specify:
Which AutoSuggest dictionaries and termbases are included in the package.
The type of translation memories to include and whether to create a new project translation memory.
Whether to recalculate the word count and analysis figures for the files included in the package.
If automated translation provider connection details are included in the package.
To complete the Additional Options page:
Under Project Translation Memory, select one of the following options.

create a new file-based project translation memory for every package, |
select Create a new file-based project translation memory for every package. The new project translation memory contains information only relevant to the files in the package. You might want to select this option if the contents of the package are small compared to the project itself. Including the entire project translation memory for a large project would create large packages. |
include the existing project translation memory in every package, |
select Include the existing project translation memory in every package. You might want to select this option when you have a small project or if you are sending just one package for the entire project. |
not include any project translation memories, |
select Do not include any project translation memories. |
Under Automated Translation, select if you want to exclude connection details to automated translation providers in this package. You may want to exclude automated translation provider connection details in a package because normally the translations they provide have already been leveraged when the Prepare task sequence was performed during project creation. Therefore, a translator or whoever you are sending the package to in the workflow, may no longer need these connection details.. and connection details
Under Statistics, select Recompute word count and analysis statistics in order to update cross-file repetition counts if you want to recalculate these figures for the files included in the package.
Under File-based Resources, specify whether to include the following in the project package:
Main translation memories
AutoSuggest dictionaries
Termbases

References to server-based main translation memories, project translation memories and termbases are automatically included. |
Click Finish to generate the packages and to go to the Creating Packages page.
