Use the New Task Sequence dialog box to create a new task sequence. The Edit Task Sequence dialog box is used to edit an existing task sequence.
To display the New Task Sequence dialog box, click the Add button on the Task Sequences dialog box.
To display the Edit Task Sequence dialog box, select a task sequence from the Task Sequences dialog box and click Edit.

Available Tasks |
These are the batch tasks available to be placed in a task sequence. To add a task to the sequence, select the task and click Add. After selecting a task here, other tasks in the list may become unavailable for selection. This means that they cannot be performed after the selected task. |
Selected Tasks |
These are the tasks in the sequence. The tasks will be performed in the order in which they appear here (top task first). You cannot change the order of tasks in this column. If you need to put tasks into a different order, remove the tasks from this column and then add them again in the correct order. To remove a task from the sequence, select the task and click Remove. |
