To add a quality model, supply a name, a description, and a list of error severities, error types, and any attributes you have defined.

At least one error severity and error type should be provided. The maximum length for the error type and error severity is 64 characters. You can define the order of the error types and error severities in the list. By default new errors are added to the end of the list and the Move up and Move down buttons allow you to rearrange the order later.

The edit screen provides a Save As New feature that provides an easy way to create a new model based on an existing model. To do this, you open an existing Quality Model and change its name to whatever new name you want and then click Save As New.

If there are any attributes defined for the quality model they are available for editing on this screen.
