Comments are displayed in the Comments window and the text the comments refer to is highlighted in the Editor window.
To view comments in the Comments window:
If the window is already open, click the Comments tab to display it in the Editor view.
If the window is not open, select View > Comments in the Editor view to display it.
By default, the window shows comments for the active document only. To see comments that have been added to all open documents, click the Show comments for active document only button. Click the button again to switch back to showing comments for the active document only.
Comments can be classed as information, errors or warnings. By default, all severity levels are shown in the Comments window. However, there are toggle buttons for each severity level which allow you to display or hide comments for that severity level. For example, to hide any comments with the severity level Error, click the Error button. To display the comments again, click the Error button again.
If a comment has multiple versions, only the latest version is shown. Click the comment to display all earlier versions of the comment below the latest version.
Comment are attached to source segment or target segments. This is indicated by the icon displayed in the Comments window.
