A Token which represents a measurement, which consists of a numeric value and a unit.

	IsValid	Gets a boolean value which indicates whether this measurement is valid. A measurement is valid if either the unit is not the default unit (NoUnit) or the UnitString is set. In most cases, both are set by the tokenizer.
	IsWhitespace	Gets a value which indicates whether this token is a whitespace token or not. (Inherited from Token.)
	IsWord	true iff the token is a word, an abbreviation, or an acronym (Inherited from Token.)
	RawDecimalDigits	Gets or sets the raw decimal digits, which are a sequence of digits without separators or signs. (Inherited from NumberToken.)
