Use the Export User Settings page of the Manage User Profiles wizard to export your user settings to a defined location. The settings are exported to a *.sdlprofile file.
To display this page of the wizard, click Next on the User Profiles page of the Manage User Profiles wizard.

Click Browse to display the Save As dialog box where can select the location to which you want to export your settings and define the name of the file to which they are being exported. |
Profile Information |

Name |
Enter a name for the profile, for example, Profile for New Users. This is the name that appears when you go to view what profile you currently have selected. |
Description |
Enter a meaningful description of the profile. This is an optional box. |
Click Finish to export the profile and close the Manage User Profiles wizard.
