Use the Manage User Profiles wizard to:
View your current profile
Export your profile
Switch profiles
The user profiles contain all information and personal preferences relating to how you wish to work with the system. For example, they specify which keyboard shortcuts you wish to use.
To display this wizard, select Tools > Manage User Profiles from the menu bar.
The wizard is made up of the following pages:

User Profiles |
This is where you can view the current user profile that you have selected. You can choose on this page whether to export this profile to a file, whether to change your profile or reset your profile. Click here for more information. |
Export User Settings |
This is where you can export your user profile settings to a file. Click here for more information. |
Backup User Settings |
This is where you can save the settings in your current profile to a file before you switch profiles. Click here for more information. |
Select User Profile |
This is where you select which new profile you would like to work with if you change your profile. Click here for more information. |
