This topic describes how to complete the Batch Processing Settings page of the New Project wizard. On this page, you specify settings to be applied to the batch tasks in the task sequence you selected on the Project Preparation page. Depending on the task sequence you selected, different options are provided below.
To complete the Batch Processing Settings page:
Choose whether you want the batch processing settings to be applied to all language pairs in the project or just one language pair:

select All Language Pairs > Batch Processing from the navigation tree. The batch processing settings available for the task sequence you selected, are displayed in the navigation tree. |

To specify which segments should be exported during analysis, select Analyze Files. The Analyze Files settings are displayed on the right. Select the required settings.
To specify which translation memory fuzzy-match bands will be used when the translation analysis is performed, select All Language Pairs > Batch Processing > Fuzzy Bands. The Fuzzy Bands settings are displayed on the right. The analysis figures will show the number of words in each of the bands. You can change the default settings, remove a band or add a new band (by splitting an existing band).
To specify how translation memories are to be applied to project files during pre-translation, select Pre-Translate Files. The Pre-translate Files settings are displayed on the right. Select required settings.
To specify that you want to a project translation memory to be created, select Project Translation Memories. The Project Translation Memory settings are displayed on the right. Select the required settings.
To specify what status completed translations must have in order for them to be added to the translation memory, select Translation Memory Updates. The Translation Memory Updates settings are displayed on the right. Select the required settings.
Click Next to go to the Project Summary page.
